We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Germany on a full-time, hybrid basis to help us attract top-tier talent and refine our hiring strategies.
Key outcomes
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to elevate our reputation and attract high-quality talent.
- Take full ownership of the hiring workflow, from drafting job descriptions and conducting briefing calls to active sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Monitor key talent acquisition metrics and provide actionable reporting to stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and training to colleagues regarding our Applicant Tracking System and general recruitment best practices.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to better serve the needs of our various business units.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience across various seniority levels, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on tech and business roles.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Proven success in developing employer branding strategies and utilizing active sourcing channels.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.
- Active engagement with social media and networking trends to identify new talent attraction opportunities.
- Confidence using Google Workspace or similar collaboration tools.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a genuine desire for continuous learning.
