Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse departments, including Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, such as market mapping and AI-powered tools, to identify and engage top-tier talent.
• Develop proactive hiring pipelines for high-impact and evergreen roles to support our long-term growth.
• Oversee our cooperative education program by partnering with leading universities to attract emerging talent.
• Provide a high-quality, values-driven experience for every candidate throughout the hiring journey.
• Promote our employer brand through strategic social media engagement and authentic outreach.
• Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize our hiring speed, quality, and overall efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and R&D talent behaviors to continuously refine our recruitment practices.

Must-haves

• At least 7 years of dedicated recruiting experience, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency backgrounds.
• Proven success supporting a SaaS or technology company in a fast-paced environment.
• Generalist experience recruiting for various functions, ranging from entry-level roles to Director positions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and tailor your approach to different stakeholders.
• A high-output, startup-oriented mindset that balances speed with quality.
• Hands-on technical proficiency with sourcing tools and the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
• Fluency in English.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is 100,000 USD to 120,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility.
