What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in Mexico. While we currently operate with a hybrid work model, you should be comfortable with the possibility of transitioning to an on-site role in the future. You will act as a key partner to our various departments, helping us identify and secure the talent we need to keep creating amazing gaming experiences.

What will you do?

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting screenings, and selecting the best talent based on our specific business needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to assess their hiring requirements and serve as the primary expert on our internal recruitment tools and processes.
• Oversee the administration of job requisitions, manage our public postings, and ensure our candidate tracking systems are accurate and up to date.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the technical or gaming sectors. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively in English, and can handle sensitive information with complete discretion. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, and you must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite. A bachelor's degree in a related field is also required for this position.
