Key outcomes

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for business-focused departments, including Finance, Legal, Strategy, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers, fostering strong cross-departmental partnerships.
• Enhance hiring results by implementing data-driven strategies and leveraging AI-enabled recruitment tools.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert who introduces best practices and innovative processes to the wider talent acquisition team.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on business roles.
• Professional fluency in German is required.
• A background in fast-paced, analytical environments, such as venture capital, investment banking, or Big Four firms.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting within the German market.
• Proven ability to use AI tools and automation to increase sourcing efficiency and improve the candidate experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
• A natural aptitude for leadership and a passion for mentoring team members.
