Are you ready to shape the tools that keep contractors organized, accountable, and connected on every job site?
What you bring
We’re looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join our Platform engineering team on a full-time basis. In this role you’ll maintain and improve the shared libraries, experimentation framework, and eventing systems that power our mobile apps, while also leading larger initiatives such as establishing patterns for our mobile component library. Three main responsibilities include owning projects from concept through launch, contributing to the growth of our client engineering discipline by shaping code organization and processes, and mentoring teammates as we scale. This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
Requirements
You bring at least five years of professional development experience, including three or more years working with React Native or a combination of native iOS or Android development paired with substantial React experience. Familiarity with Apollo or Redux is expected, and you are comfortable collaborating in English. Beyond technical skill, we value people who show up with their best effort, take ownership of their work, and treat teammates and customers with respect. A formal degree is not required; what matters most is your ability to solve problems, communicate clearly, and keep learning.
What we offer
This salaried position offers a salary range of $130,000 to $170,000. In addition, we provide remote work, unlimited vacation, and equity compensation so you can share in the company’s long-term success.
How to Apply
If you’re excited to help us bring clarity and transparency to the contracting industry, we’d love to see your application. Please submit your materials through our careers page, and let us know if you need any accommodations during the process. We look forward to learning how you can contribute to CompanyCam.
