About the Role

We are searching for a Senior React Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a key leader within our organization, working on a modern full-stack application built with React, GraphQL, and Node. You will help shape our engineering culture in India while contributing to the design, performance, and implementation of complex features that serve our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our product team during video conferences to gather requirements and enhance existing features.
• Build, maintain, and scale our SaaS platform while ensuring high-quality code through rigorous reviews.
• Lead agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to break down complex tasks and support your colleagues in removing development impediments.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional who is ready to take on a leadership role. Your qualifications should include:

• At least 10 years of hands-on software development experience, with a proven track record of mentoring others and managing team operations.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and a deep understanding of full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of both SQL and No-SQL database systems.
• The ability to manage the entire software development life cycle independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A meticulous, detail-oriented mindset with a strong instinct for balancing commercial value against development effort.

Location

This position is based on-site in Indore, India.
