We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Quality Engineer in Test to join our team in India and help us maintain the high standards of security and reliability that our customers trust.
What you'll be doing
- You will design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks specifically for our mobile applications using Appium.
- You will integrate your automation solutions into our existing infrastructure and build systems to ensure seamless testing cycles.
- You will take the lead on troubleshooting complex system issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective corrective actions.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in software automation. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby, with a preference for candidates who have experience in Ruby.
- Hands-on experience with Appium or Selenium frameworks.
- A solid grasp of networking protocols, including DNS, TCP, UDP, and HTTP.
- Experience using Git for source control and working within CI/CD pipelines.
- A deep understanding of software engineering principles, such as object-oriented programming and the page object model.
- The ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within a geographically distributed team.
- Fluency in English.
