Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Mortgage product engineering team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will be a key player in ensuring the reliability of our internal and client-facing applications through a mix of manual and automated testing.

Your impact

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans while managing the full defect lifecycle to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Build and maintain automated test suites for REST APIs using Postman and UI automation using Playwright.
• Collaborate across teams to validate backend data integrity using SQL and champion a culture of quality through CI/CD best practices and Jira workflows.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of experience in QA or test automation within a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong technical proficiency with API testing, SQL, and modern UI automation tools like Playwright.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and issue tracking systems.
• The ability to read complex JSON structures and work effectively with RESTful APIs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional remote team.
• Fluency in English.
