We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and help us build the next generation of digital solutions for global leaders in retail, finance, and travel. Responsibilities
- Analyze project documentation, including user stories and design specifications, to ensure everything is testable.
- Design and implement comprehensive test cases that balance both manual and automated testing strategies.
- Execute thorough testing for web applications and APIs to maintain high standards.
- Manage the full testing lifecycle, from initial planning and design to execution, monitoring, and final reporting.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure business requirements are fully realized in the final product.
- Support our release management processes and promote continuous integration and testing practices.
- Actively champion quality standards across all project phases.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of professional experience in software testing.
- A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to translate product requirements into effective test cases.
- Hands-on experience with mobile and web UI automation tools.
- Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Protractor, Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Practical knowledge of cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server, including writing database queries.
- A sharp eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to identify root causes.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
- ISTQB certification.
