About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for a full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our quality assurance strategy and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability before they reach our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality planning strategies to ensure our products are robust and efficient.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites to streamline our release cycles and catch potential issues early.
- Manage the entire defect lifecycle by tracking issues in Jira and collaborating with our development team to implement effective solutions.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in engineering and a deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in automation testing and the ability to manage complex test frameworks.
- Proficiency in using Test Management Tools to organize and optimize testing workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify process bottlenecks and suggest actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, as you will be reporting metrics and quality insights to senior management.
Location
This position is based on-site in Lebanon.
