What you bring

As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a vital role in our development process by ensuring our software releases are stable and effective. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading thorough manual testing efforts across our diverse range of educational products.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to establish quality benchmarks and ensure timely, seamless releases.
• Managing the bug reporting process and documenting defects to support the stability and performance of our live applications.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least four years of experience in a quality assurance role. You should possess a strong background in manual testing and have experience working across various platforms, including iOS, Android, and web browsers. It is essential that you are comfortable with SQL for data validation and have a solid understanding of bug tracking systems like JIRA. We value individuals who can communicate technical issues clearly to both developers and management. A background in testing subscription-based monetization and in-app purchases is highly preferred, as is familiarity with debugging tools such as Xcode or Android Studio. You must be fluent in English and ready to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
