The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior QA Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software platforms. You will bridge the gap between development and product goals, using your expertise to build robust testing frameworks that allow us to scale our services effectively. This is a hybrid position that offers you the chance to influence our technical direction while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

A day in the life

• You will design and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks using Selenium to ensure our front-end and back-end systems perform flawlessly.
• You will collaborate with product managers and developers to analyze user stories and requirements, ensuring that every feature we launch is feasible and high-quality.
• You will apply your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex issues, while also mentoring junior team members to help elevate our collective technical standards.

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in software quality assurance. You communicate effectively in English, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where your voice is heard. Your technical toolkit includes the following:

• A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in manual testing and 2 years of dedicated experience in QA automation.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL database environments and source control tools like Git and Gitflow.
• A solid understanding of QA methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience in a senior-level role, with ISTQB Foundation certification considered a plus.
