Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site in the United States. You will serve as a key member of our QA team, working in an office environment to ensure our software releases are robust, functional, and perfectly integrated.
Your impact
- Lead and execute comprehensive end-to-end testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across our various platforms.
- Design and maintain detailed test plans, scripts, and cases while actively mentoring junior team members on best practices.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers throughout the software development life cycle to identify, track, and resolve defects before they reach the end user.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone with a strong background in technology who communicates clearly in English. You should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automated testing.
- A solid grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience with ETL processes and issue-tracking systems like Jira.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate findings effectively.
- A cooperative, adaptable, and analytical work style that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
