What you bring

As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will play a vital role in our technical department by managing and coordinating complex technical and commercial proposals for both domestic and international projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rome. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure our offers are competitive and fully compliant with client requirements. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development and coordination of technical proposals for tenders and bids.
• Partnering with project managers and engineers to gather essential data and define robust design solutions.
• Translating complex technical requirements into detailed, concrete project proposals while maintaining alignment with budgets and timelines.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should hold a degree in Civil Engineering and possess at least five to seven years of experience within an engineering firm. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of tender processes and a proven ability to handle technical documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and the MS Office suite is essential. Because we operate on a global scale, you must be fluent in English at a B2 or C1 level. Beyond your technical hard skills, we value candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional organizational abilities, and a meticulous eye for detail. You should be a natural problem solver who can mediate conflicts and coordinate diverse teams effectively under tight deadlines.
