Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from our offices in Bratislava or Kyiv, or to work entirely remotely. You will be instrumental in guiding our delivery teams and ensuring our projects consistently meet the high standards our clients expect.

Your impact

• Take full ownership of project outcomes by providing strategic leadership, performing high-level analysis, and making informed decisions that drive our initiatives forward.
• Act as the primary bridge between our clients and the development team, establishing clear communication channels and ensuring that client needs are accurately translated into technical requirements.
• Manage the financial health of your projects by developing accurate budget plans, tracking expenditures, and providing transparent reporting to ensure we meet our organizational goals.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience managing multiple small-to-medium IT projects. You should be comfortable navigating distributed teams and have a strong grasp of Agile Scrum, Fixed Price, and T&M methodologies. We are looking for someone with a proactive, autonomous work style and the ability to manage risks and deadlines effectively. You must be fluent in both English and Ukrainian. Additionally, you should have experience with pre-sales activities, such as project scoping and discovery, as well as familiarity with legal agreements like SoW and MSA.
