What you bring

As a Senior Project Manager, you will step into a vital, full-time leadership role based in Bulgaria. This is an operational position that requires you to be deeply involved with our Data, CRM, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure our projects reach the finish line. You will be responsible for:

• Taking full end-to-end ownership of complex operational projects, from initial planning to final rollout.
• Coordinating daily efforts across multiple internal departments and our external platform providers to ensure everyone stays aligned.
• Maintaining a relentless focus on accountability by tracking progress, challenging delays, and ensuring that no task is ever left to fall through the cracks.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong background in project management, ideally with at least five years of experience in an online or digital setting. A deep understanding of the iGaming industry is highly preferred. You should be technically confident, comfortable interpreting data, and proficient in using Jira and Confluence to manage documentation and workflows. The ideal person for this role is a proactive communicator who is not afraid to challenge stakeholders or push for clarity when projects stall. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a high level of independence, as we value those who can identify the next steps and move forward without needing constant guidance.
