We are intent, a fully remote team of more than sixty specialists who have been designing and co-creating connected devices since 2008. Our clients include Oura and BOSE, and our investors include a16z and Founders Fund. We build wearables, smart audio, and health-tech hardware, and we have been AI-native long before the term became common. We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead mobile and web projects that bring these devices to life.
Key outcomes
Serve as the single point of contact for US-based clients, handling communication, negotiation, and relationship management throughout each engagement.
Own web and mobile projects from discovery through scoping, delivery, launch, and post-launch support.
Lead cross-functional squads that include designers, developers, QA specialists, and fellow project managers.
Run Scrum ceremonies, maintain backlogs, set sprint plans, track timelines, manage budgets, and monitor overall project health.
Collaborate with clients to shape product vision, define MVP strategies, and determine the most effective ways to deliver value.
Coordinate staffing and resource planning across project chapters to ensure the right skills are available at the right time.
Identify and implement improvements to working practices within your squad and across the wider organization.
Incorporate AI tools into daily workflows to increase efficiency and quality of delivery.
Requirements
At least four years of project-management experience, preferably gained in a software house or digital agency.
Proven track record of delivering custom software projects from initial concept through to release.
Previous work on IoT, wearables, or other connected-device initiatives.
Comfortable navigating hardware-meets-software considerations such as firmware timelines, over-the-air updates, and certification requirements.
Solid grounding in Agile methodologies, with particular strength in Scrum.
Ability to step into Scrum Master or Product Owner responsibilities when a project requires it.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
English proficiency at C1 level or higher in both written and spoken form.
Creative thinking, clear communication, and a genuine interest in technology beyond process management.
Alignment with our values of openness, ownership, and continuous learning.
Preferred qualifications
Experience working directly with US-based clients and understanding their delivery expectations.
Authentic curiosity about the devices being built, not solely the timelines that govern them.
Compensation
Salary range: 17,000–23,000 PLN net per month on a B2B contract, depending on experience.
Benefits: 26 days of paid annual leave, 10 days of paid sick leave, Saltus medical care, a self-development budget of 2,000 PLN or 500 USD per year, fully flexible working hours, fully remote work with optional access to a pet-friendly office in Warsaw and a coworking space in Gdansk, provision of all necessary equipment, and internal knowledge-sharing opportunities including tech talks, team sessions, library access, and conference budgets.
How to apply
We invite you to submit your CV together with a short note explaining why this opportunity interests you. If you wish, you may also include a brief description of a project you led that you are particularly proud of. All applications are reviewed promptly, and every candidate receives timely feedback.
