We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. At PicnicHealth, we are transforming the future of non-interventional clinical research by using AI to make real-world evidence generation faster, more affordable, and patient-centered. Since our founding in 2014, we have raised over $100 million and partnered with 12 of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies to support research across 40 disease areas. Our team of doctors, engineers, and data experts is dedicated to replacing legacy research models with a modern, AI-first approach. In this hybrid role, you will lead high-impact studies, bridge the gap between our internal technical teams and our life sciences partners, and help us scale our innovative platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional leadership for end-to-end study execution, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.
- Act as a financial steward for your studies by managing forecasting, reporting, and scope changes while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external sponsors.
- Champion the use of AI-enabled tools to automate manual workflows and streamline study operations for better efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a life science or public health field, combined with at least 5 years of experience in the clinical research industry.
- At least 2 years of direct experience leading and managing full-service research studies, including observational or low-interventional trials.
- Proficiency in structured project management methodologies, such as PMP, and a strong understanding of research regulations like ICH-GCP and HIPAA.
- Experience working with medical records and claims data within the biopharmaceutical or real-world data sectors.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and manage ambiguity effectively.
