Senior Project Manager, Marketing at Pointclickcare

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects, guiding them from initial kickoff through to final post-mortem analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements and deadlines are met, while managing workflows and status reporting within Workfront.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external agencies, facilitating clear communication and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Lead research and planning efforts to develop robust project strategies, including conducting audits and defining resource requirements for major corporate initiatives like brand unifications.
• Drive the continuous improvement of our project management office by refining processes, implementing new technologies, and leading team training initiatives.

Must-haves

• A degree in project management, business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, specifically managing marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Deep expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to navigate risk management and change management effectively.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work in a remote environment with minimal travel requirements.

• Professional certification such as a PMP or an equivalent credential.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the confidence to work effectively alongside staff at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to executive leadership.
