As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in our Professional Services department, where you will lead high-impact technology projects and provide critical escalation support to ensure our clients stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape.

What you'll be doing

• You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client infrastructure projects, ranging from initial pre-sales scoping and architectural design to final execution and post-project reviews.
• You will act as a senior technical resource by providing escalation support for our Service Desk team and mentoring junior associates to help them grow their technical expertise.
• You will balance multiple concurrent projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of IT experience, ideally within a managed services or consulting environment. We are looking for a candidate who possesses deep technical knowledge and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

• Microsoft & Cloud Expertise: You are proficient with Azure services, including IaaS and PaaS, as well as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and InTune.
• Infrastructure & Networking: You have strong experience managing Active Directory, Hyper-V, and PowerShell scripting, alongside core networking skills like firewall hardening, VPN deployment, and VLAN configuration.
• Professional Communication: You can translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and have the foresight to identify potential risks before they impact a project.
• Language: You are fluent in English.
