What you bring

As a Senior Project Associate, you will work in a full-time capacity within our hybrid work environment in the United States. You will report to the Head of the Project Management Pillar, taking ownership of complex initiatives from vision to execution. Your role will involve translating high-level goals into actionable timelines, measuring progress through clear metrics, and ensuring that our internal and external resources remain aligned with our strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple large-scale, complex projects simultaneously while overseeing budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Designing and implementing efficient project management tools, templates, and processes to drive operational excellence.
• Providing regular status updates, decision-making support, and escalation management to senior stakeholders and project owners.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with over eight years of experience in project management who possesses a meticulous and organized approach to work. You should be a strong problem solver who can navigate ambiguity with a low-ego, reflective mindset. Proficiency in office productivity tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint is essential, as is the ability to synthesize complex data into clear communication. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered a significant asset. We value candidates who are results-oriented, capable of holding parties accountable, and comfortable providing training and guidance to team members.

What we offer
