Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in Belgium, operating under a hybrid work model that balances collaborative office time with the flexibility of remote work.
Your impact
- Orchestrate complex technology projects by partnering with leads to build and maintain resource maps, milestone plans, and project charters.
- Manage critical dependencies across our silicon, optics, and software streams while coordinating effectively with external partners, foundries, and vendors.
- Provide executive leadership with clear, transparent reporting on program progress and risks to ensure our technical execution remains perfectly aligned with our broader business goals.
What you'll need
- Between 8 and 12 years of experience in program or project management within high-tech hardware environments.
- Technical expertise in fields such as semiconductors, photonics, chip design, or AR/VR systems.
- A proven ability to integrate waterfall-heavy projects with iterative software and development streams.
- Proficiency with modern management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or Wrike.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical plans for diverse audiences, including executives and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
