Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in Belgium, and we offer a hybrid work environment to support your productivity and balance. You will serve as the essential link between our technical project teams and executive leadership, ensuring our high-tech hardware programs are planned, resourced, and executed with precision.

Your impact

• Partner with project leads to build and maintain credible charters, milestone plans, and resource maps across semiconductors, optics, and software.
• Manage complex dependencies between internal teams and external partners, including foundries, optics vendors, and OEMs.
• Provide transparent, high-level reporting to executives while introducing fit-for-purpose management practices that add structure without unnecessary overhead.

What you'll need

We are looking for an integrator who can navigate complex, high-pressure environments with a calm and pragmatic approach. You should possess the following qualifications:

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in program or project management within high-tech hardware environments.
• Technical expertise in fields such as semiconductors, chip design, photonics, or AR/VR consumer electronics.
• A proven track record of leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder programs to successful delivery.
• Proficiency in modern management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Wrike.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex technical plans for diverse audiences.
