We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in people analytics or HR technology. You should have strong technical skills in R and a deep understanding of psychometric analysis, including scale reliability and validity. Beyond your technical expertise, we value individuals who are curious, possess a strong moral compass, and have the ability to communicate intricate research findings to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $110,000 to $135,000, depending on your experience and location. In addition to your compensation, you will have access to a variety of benefits designed to support your well-being and professional growth:
- A 401k plan with a company match.

- The flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to choose the environment where you do your best work.
