We are thrilled to invite you to join our Product Office as a Senior Product Process Manager. This is a 12-month parental leave cover position where you will play a vital role in shaping the future of autonomous mobility. At MOIA, we are a team of over 400 people dedicated to reimagining urban transport. Since launching our ridepooling service in Hamburg, we have moved over 12 million passengers and are now evolving into a tech provider that delivers scalable, safe, and turnkey solutions for autonomous driving. We are looking for someone who is ready to contribute to our mission of making cities more livable through innovative, user-centric technology.
What you'll be doing
- You will develop and maintain a comprehensive overview of all product-related processes to ensure transparency and alignment across our teams.
- You will lead process discovery initiatives and workshops to analyze business requirements, which will directly shape the evolution of our product portfolio.
- You will design and document operational processes to support customer projects and provide clear guidance to internal stakeholders on roles and workflows.
What you'll bring
- You have several years of hands-on experience in process management, including a strong command of modeling standards like BPMN 2.0.
- You are proficient in using process management tools, such as SAP Signavio or similar systems, and have a solid understanding of process architecture.
- You have a proven track record of working effectively within agile development environments alongside product managers and software engineers.
- You are a skilled communicator who can adapt to different stakeholder perspectives, and you are fluent in English. Proficiency in German is considered a plus.
