We're building the future of community management with technology that actually works for the people running associations every day. At FRONTSTEPS, our platform powers collaboration between management companies and homeowner associations across the country, and we're looking for a Senior Product Owner who can help shape what comes next.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Product Owner position based in the United States. You'll lead product development for the Suite Manager platform, working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, mobile-first experiences that serve community association managers and the homeowners they support.
Your impact
- Own the product vision for Suite Manager by translating strategy into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and design requirements that minimize back-and-forth with engineering.
- Drive feature adoption and engagement by creating onboarding flows with AppCues, tracking key SaaS metrics like DAU/MAU, retention, and NPS, and using data to guide prioritization.
- Lead AI integration across product development processes while mentoring junior product owners and business analysts to strengthen backlog management and agile practices across the team.
What you'll need
You bring 5 to 7 years of experience in SaaS product ownership or software development, with deep expertise in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management. You're comfortable building products that leverage APIs, web services, and direct database connections, and you have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for tracking work and managing iterations.
You're skilled at using AI tools to accelerate story writing and team rituals, and you know your way around AppCues, PowerBI, and SQL for guiding feature adoption and analyzing user behavior. Familiarity with data science tools like Python or R is a plus, as is experience with back-end technologies such as .NET. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and lead by example in a collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills in English are essential for engaging champion customers, aligning with other product owners, and keeping stakeholders informed on progress and roadmap execution.
Perks and compensation
We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-sponsored life insurance, voluntary short-term and long-term disability coverage, and a 401k match. You'll also receive paid time off, sick time, an FSA/HSA, and internet reimbursement to support your day-to-day work.
