What is this role?
We are hiring a Senior Product Owner to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in Turkey, and we operate with a hybrid work model to give you the flexibility you need.
What will you do?
- You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and set clear priorities for our product development.
- You will own the product roadmap, making sure that our day-to-day work stays perfectly aligned with our broader business objectives.
- You will work side-by-side with our development teams to define user stories, set sprint goals, and establish acceptance criteria.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in product management and a collaborative spirit. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally within e-commerce, payment systems, or order fulfillment.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- An analytical mindset that allows you to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- A solid grasp of UX/UI design principles and a focus on user-centric development.
