Litmos is looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Product Owner with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies to join our dynamic AI team. We are looking for candidates with prior experience and exceptional performance in leading teams developing learning management systems. As a Senior Product Owner, you will be at the forefront, steering the development and refinement of innovative features on our learning platform.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the realization of our Product Management team’s strategic vision for advanced features and capabilities, guiding our seasoned engineering team.
- Decompose product roadmap initiatives into detailed requirements and user stories that resonate with business aims and user expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior developers, principal engineers, lead UI/UX designers, chief data scientists, and head of quality assurance, to ensure the flawless execution of features using Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate and direct regular sprint reviews and retrospectives, incorporating high-level insights.
- Oversee risk management by proactively addressing impediments, assessing team bandwidth, and maintaining oversight of all active workflows.
- Curate and prioritize the product backlog to mirror the progression of business and market requirements.
- Advocate for and enforce user-centric design principles to elevate the learning experience to new heights.
- Partner with the UI/UX team to spearhead comprehensive usability testing and gather in-depth user feedback to iteratively enhance feature sets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an IT related field.
- Significant and proven experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role within the tech industry.
- Robust knowledge of machine learning and generative AI technologies.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Track record of interpreting intricate technical concepts into marketable user-centric solutions.
- Comprehensive experience in an Agile/Scrum development ecosystem, with a history of driving successful product strategies.
