What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level individual contributor position where you will act as a mini-CEO for our core admin web portal and consumer mobile app. You will report directly to our CTO and take full ownership of the product vision and roadmap. While this role is 100% remote, you should be prepared to travel once per quarter for offsites, project kickoffs, and customer meetings.

What will you do?

• Define the comprehensive product strategy and vision for our organization portal and consumer-facing mobile app, translating those goals into an actionable roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX design, marketing, and customer success, to turn complex user journeys into intuitive, self-serve experiences.
• Manage the full product lifecycle by producing requirement documents, defining KPIs, and ensuring all features meet our rigorous standards for security and industry compliance.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a seasoned professional with 5 to 7 years of experience owning the strategy and roadmap for secure, multi-tenant SaaS web portals. You thrive in environments that handle sensitive data and are well-versed in compliance frameworks like SOC2, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA. We are looking for someone who brings a collaboration-first approach and excels at creative problem-solving.

Your background should include:

• A strong product mindset focused on scalability, security, and agile methodologies.
• Proven success in launching new products and features while working closely with diverse internal teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a strong advocate for our customers.
• Experience managing consumer-facing mobile apps is considered a significant plus.
