About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our Product team on a full-time basis. You will focus on the data loading portion of our platform, taking ownership of new features and managing the entire development lifecycle. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work alongside design, engineering, and quality teams to ensure we deliver high-quality solutions that solve real customer problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaborative ideation sessions to address customer challenges, using feedback to validate solutions and set clear priorities.
- Utilize story mapping to break down complex initiatives into manageable tasks while maintaining a precise and refined product backlog.
- Drive the execution of our product vision by leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other key ceremonies while managing cross-team dependencies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in product management, including a strong grasp of relevant frameworks.
- Expert-level knowledge of the Product Owner role within a Scrum environment.
- Deep expertise in data integration products, including an understanding of the competitive landscape and various use cases.
- Technical proficiency in data ingestion patterns, such as change data capture, and modern cloud data warehousing architectures.
Location
This position is based in the United Kingdom. We operate under a hybrid model, requiring two days of in-person collaboration at our Manchester office each week, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the office for the remainder of the time.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is £56,000 - £84,000, with the final offer determined by your specific skills and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer the following benefits:
