About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Product Owner to join our AI team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role you will guide the creation of new platform features that combine learning science with machine learning, ensuring every release meets both business goals and the needs of our diverse user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate the product management team’s strategic vision into detailed user stories and requirements that keep engineering efforts aligned with market and customer priorities.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while working side-by-side with senior developers, UI/UX designers, data scientists, and quality assurance leads to deliver high-quality increments.
- Manage risk, maintain an up-to-date product backlog, and champion usability testing so that every feature improves the overall learning experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field.
- Proven success as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the technology sector, with hands-on experience delivering learning-management or similar enterprise software.
- Strong working knowledge of machine learning and generative AI technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to turn complex technical ideas into clear, user-focused solutions.
- Deep familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices and a track record of guiding cross-functional teams to successful product outcomes.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires on-site presence.
