About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Product Owner to join our AI team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role you will guide the creation of new capabilities for our learning platform, translating strategic goals into clear product direction and working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver valuable features.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn high-level product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories that align with both business objectives and learner needs.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while collaborating daily with senior developers, UI/UX designers, data scientists, and quality assurance to keep delivery on track.
- Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog, manage risks, and champion user-centered design through usability testing and continuous feedback collection.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field.
- Proven success as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the technology sector, with substantial experience building learning-management or similar enterprise software.
- Strong working knowledge of machine learning and generative AI technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, along with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical ideas into intuitive, user-focused solutions.
- Deep experience working within Agile and Scrum environments and driving successful product outcomes.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires on-site presence.
