About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will act as a vital advocate for both practitioners and patients. You will be responsible for translating market insights into actionable strategies, orchestrating product launches, and developing positioning frameworks that drive growth and retention across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive go-to-market strategies for major product areas, ensuring all marketing plans are backed by strategic context and clear communication goals.
- Conduct deep market and customer research to uncover opportunities, refine buyer personas, and inform our product roadmap.
- Collaborate across teams to create effective sales enablement materials and optimize product-related content through a test-and-learn approach.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C product marketing within a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional storytelling and narrative skills, with the ability to write effectively for technical, creative, and instructional audiences.
- Proven ability to navigate complex product ecosystems and influence cross-functional stakeholders with confidence and empathy.
- A strong analytical mindset with the capacity to turn both qualitative and quantitative data into strategic actions.
- Experience with competitor analysis, SWOT frameworks, and the development of detailed customer personas.
- A bias for action and the ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth, changing environment.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
