About the Role

We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As our second product manager hire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Atomi. You will report to the VP of Product and partner with our Lead Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial strategy and ideation through to development, launch, and ongoing optimization. This is a high-impact position where your work will directly influence the educational journeys of students around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the product lifecycle by crafting and delivering roadmaps that balance student needs with our core business objectives.
• Advocate for our users at every stage of development, using data and direct feedback to translate pain points into impactful, student-centered features.
• Collaborate across teams, including Design, Engineering, Content, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure seamless alignment and effective product positioning.

Requirements

We are looking for a solutions-driven individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. You should possess the following qualifications and traits:

• Significant experience in product management, ideally within a scaling SaaS company with a large customer base.
• A strong, data-driven approach to product development with the ability to turn user insights into actionable features.
• A resourceful and adaptable mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and working collaboratively across departments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical constraints with strategic business goals.

Location
