The role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Australia. This is a senior-level position where you will take ownership of our inertial navigation systems product family. You will bridge the gap between complex technical engineering and market demands to ensure we continue to deliver world-class solutions to our customers.
Core responsibilities
- Own the full product life cycle, from initial development and verification through to final release.
- Direct the product roadmap for our inertial navigation systems, with a specific focus on introducing new products to the market.
- Drive revenue and profitability by analyzing our portfolio mix and conducting deep research into competitive landscapes and emerging market trends.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial awareness. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in Product Management within technical and commercial environments.
- Deep understanding of hardware, embedded firmware, and software.
- Demonstrated expertise in inertial navigation technologies, such as GNSS and INS, across various industries.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- An ability to engage deeply with engineering teams to build rapport and translate technical topics into clear product strategies.
- Experience in the defence industry regarding assured PNT is considered a significant advantage.
