Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring you to be based in the United States. You will be a key partner to our leadership, helping drive the next phase of our growth through innovative digital solutions.

Your impact

• Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals while addressing the specific needs of Medicare members.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for our consumer-facing digital products, ensuring we deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure features.
• Use data-driven insights and user feedback to iterate on our offerings, setting clear KPIs to measure growth and overall product success.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should be a collaborative, detail-oriented leader with a passion for solving complex problems. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

• At least four years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of owning product stacks or major business objectives.
• Deep expertise in building and scaling customer-facing web portals or digital consumer products.
• Strong familiarity with agile development methodologies and a desire to mentor others.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for various stakeholders.
• A natural ability to collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
• Fluency in English.
• A highly adaptable mindset, especially given the fast-paced nature of a startup environment.

Perks and compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 USD, plus significant equity option potential. Our benefits package includes:
