Senior Product Manager at Device42

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Device42, we provide the most comprehensive agentless discovery system for Hybrid IT on the market. Our platform helps customers in over 60 countries map and optimize their infrastructure and applications across cloud and data center environments, which is essential for modernizing IT landscapes and adopting DevOps practices. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial vision and planning to final execution, while collaborating across our organization to ensure we meet our revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert by maintaining a deep understanding of our industry, keeping stakeholders informed, and conducting regular competitive analysis to measure our progress.
• Own the product roadmap by prioritizing features, balancing customer requests with sales needs, and translating requirements into actionable user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and support, to ensure the successful execution of our go-to-market strategies and product launches.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in technical product management and a passion for solving complex customer problems. We look for the following qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in a product management role, specifically working with software solutions.
• Proven track record of managing highly technical products and taking major features from the initial concept phase to market launch.
• Strong knowledge of IT management, including experience with on-premise data centers or cloud infrastructure.
• Deep familiarity with Agile methodology and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, present to diverse audiences, and translate customer needs into clear, actionable requirements.
