The opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our core engagement product. We are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of key product capabilities and help us scale our impact. You will sit at the intersection of business strategy, user needs, and technical innovation, ensuring that our SaaS solutions effectively bridge the gap between life sciences brands and the healthcare providers and consumers they serve.

A day in the life

• You will dive deep into the specific challenges life sciences brands face when engaging with their audiences and translate those insights into effective digital solutions.
• You will guide our product roadmap by balancing industry trends, competitive analysis, and strategic experimentation to ensure we are always moving in the right direction.
• You will lead user research efforts to refine our personas and pain points, working closely with our design, engineering, and analytics teams to build and iterate on high-impact features.

Who you are

You are a strategic thinker with at least four years of experience in product management, specifically within consumer-facing environments. You have a strong grasp of AI, machine learning, and data-driven insights, and you know how to use these tools to create personalized, meaningful user experiences. You are comfortable defining success metrics, testing hypotheses, and communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders. Most importantly, you are an empathetic, user-centered professional who thrives in an environment that values radical honesty and teamwork.
