About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for a full-time position. In this role, you will lead our efforts to enhance the post-purchase experience, turning one-time buyers into loyal advocates for our brand. You will be responsible for managing digital experiences throughout the entire customer journey, from order fulfillment and product usage to service and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and optimize the key moments where customers realize the value of their purchase to ensure they get the most out of their equipment.
• Analyze the lifecycle of customer equipment to create engagement opportunities that support business continuity and drive monetization.
• Oversee digital touchpoints including order fulfillment, returns, and ongoing service to foster long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is deeply committed to customer-centric thinking and problem-solving. You should have a proven ability to prioritize based on business strategy and a talent for building consensus among stakeholders. Success in this role requires a strong grasp of product discovery and delivery practices, such as dual-track development, the Jobs to be Done framework, and the use of opportunity solution trees. You should be comfortable validating risks while maintaining a steady pace of value delivery, focusing on clear goals rather than just feature output.

Location

This role is based in Berlin, Germany, and operates on a hybrid work model.
