What You’ll Do
- Champion the Customer: Lead customer discovery—interview, prototype, and embed insights into product bets you make
- Execution speed is your baseline: You move fast despite uncertainties and see your initiatives to the finish line
- Write PRDs That Deliver: Partner with design and engineering to craft clear, visual PRDs that make execution seamless
- Think Like a Builder: Understand how software is designed to be scalable, while effectively managing trade-offs. Partner with engineering to ensure product decisions are both innovative and feasible
- Launch with Precision: Take products from zero to one, crafting strategies for smooth, impactful launches that stick the landing
- Align the Team: Collaborate with customer success, sales, marketing, and partnerships to inform your product bets and keep everyone moving in sync
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in product management in B2B SaaS
- Understanding our ICP: You know the marketer persona and understand their workflows and pain points
- Customer Focused: You embed customer insights into every step of the product process
- Technical Depth: You’re fluent in technical discussions—even if you’re not a former engineer (bonus points if you are)
- Strategic and Fast: You think big and move fast, delivering results with unmatched velocity and precision
The estimated salary for this role is $160,000- 190,000 USD, and CAD. The total compensation will also include a meaningful variable component and equity in the company. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors unique to each candidate, such as the individual’s skill set, depth of experience, and qualifications.
