The role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This executive-level position is perfect for a leader who thrives in the AI and Edtech space. You will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy, specifically focusing on AI-driven features, scoring mechanisms, and talent insights. If you are a strategic thinker who enjoys navigating complex product lifecycles while working with a global, cross-functional team, we would love to have you on board.
Core responsibilities
- Drive Product Strategy: Define and execute our product roadmap by analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to ensure our goals align with our broader company vision.
- Lead Product Development: Partner with our engineering and data science teams to manage the full lifecycle of our features, from initial concept to final launch, while maintaining high quality standards.
- Leverage Data Insights: Utilize advanced analytics to monitor performance, gather user feedback, and implement continuous improvements that enhance the overall learner experience.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in product management and a passion for innovation. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, with a specific focus on B2B learning, data products, or AI-driven solutions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, though an advanced degree is preferred.
- A solid understanding of machine learning principles, AI technologies, and data analytics.
- Proven success in managing complex development projects using agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including designers, developers, and sales teams.
