What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Core R&D team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position where you will lead the evolution of our scheduling platform and API. As a senior-level contributor, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle, working closely with our design, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure our scheduling tools continue to meet the complex needs of our users.
What will you do?
- Craft and execute the product roadmap for our scheduling platform, ensuring it remains a best-in-class solution for healthcare providers.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from our customers to prioritize initiatives that align with our product vision and deliver significant impact.
- Manage the end-to-end product development process, including coordinating delivery timelines, navigating technical tradeoffs, and overseeing feature rollouts with clear documentation.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of product management experience, specifically within the healthcare or scheduling sectors. We value candidates who are action-oriented and possess a deep sense of empathy for the customer experience. You should be a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical requirements and user needs, and you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment.
Key qualifications include:
