Key outcomes
- Own the vision and roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company goals.
- Partner with engineering and design to define requirements, scope solutions, and deliver high-quality features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and operations, to ensure successful product launches.
- Use data-driven insights and SQL to identify unmet needs and measure the impact of your work.
- Manage competing priorities from multiple internal teams who rely on your product systems.
- Advocate for quality and compliance to ensure our solutions meet the standards of regulated financial environments.
- Utilize AI tools daily to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and development workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product management within a SaaS or fintech environment.
- A strong technical orientation with the ability to reason about systems, data flows, and integrations.
- Proven experience defining and executing product strategy with measurable outcomes.
- Daily, hands-on experience using AI tools and LLMs as a core part of your product development process.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write in a clear, structured, and decision-oriented manner.
- A track record of managing products with high cross-team surface area and complex stakeholder requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
Preferred qualifications
- Deep domain expertise in payroll, fintech, or the entertainment industry.
- Experience working at a high-growth scale-up company.
- Knowledge of platform systems such as approval workflows, role-based access control, or identity management.
- Experience with user onboarding flows, compliance document management, or multi-step form orchestration.
- A history of building prototypes or internal tools using AI-assisted development.
