Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in the United States. You will work in a hybrid capacity, which requires being onsite at our Los Angeles, CA headquarters four days per week.
Your impact
- Define and execute a comprehensive growth product strategy that aligns with our business goals, market trends, and the needs of our customers.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders, to foster a culture of innovation and seamless delivery.
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from maintaining the roadmap and prioritizing features to ensuring high-quality standards through rigorous testing.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product management and a passion for building customer-centric experiences. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management or eCommerce, ideally within the retail or consumer-facing sectors.
- Proven experience working with the Shopify Plus platform.
- A solid grasp of website infrastructure, analytics platforms, and UX design principles.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- An analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and results.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Perks and compensation
The base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $160,000, with the final offer determined by your specific skills and experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. Our benefits package includes:
