We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our team at AstroPay. We are a forward-thinking company dedicated to revolutionizing the online payment industry by providing cutting-edge solutions that go beyond the traditional digital wallet. Based in Brazil, you will work on-site to lead a team of engineers and take full ownership of a core product, driving its strategy and development to deliver an exceptional experience for our users.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of a key product, from initial concept through to deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Define and execute a strategic vision that aligns with our broader company goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators to measure user engagement, revenue growth, and market impact.
- Foster a culture of innovation while leading your team toward high-quality execution.
- Collaborate across departments, including engineering, sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure project alignment.
- Work alongside UX and UI teams to design intuitive, seamless user experiences.
- Ensure all product developments remain compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Must-haves
- Proven experience within product teams and a track record of successful product launches.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with mandatory proficiency in SQL.
- Excellent communication abilities to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.
