The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere, though please note that because we collaborate closely with our colleagues in Europe, you will need to be available to start your workday around 8:00 AM ET. As a senior member of our product organization, you will take ownership of critical initiatives that shape how candidates discover jobs and how enterprises manage their digital presence.

Core responsibilities

• Take full ownership of specific problem areas within our career site domain, such as job discovery, content management, performance, and localization.
• Lead discovery efforts to gain a deep understanding of market needs and translate those insights into actionable requirements and clear delivery plans.
• Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ship high-quality, enterprise-ready features while balancing complex requirements like SEO, accessibility, and AI-driven integrations.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in product management and a proven ability to work within a multi-PM environment. We value candidates who can navigate the complexities of enterprise software while maintaining a focus on the end-user experience. You should be proficient in English and have experience managing product lifecycles that involve analytics, integrations, and performance optimization. A collaborative mindset is essential, as you will be working across various teams to ensure our product vision remains cohesive and effective.
