Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that operates in a hybrid environment, requiring a presence in the office at least two days per week. You will work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to scale our digital engagement and enrollment experiences for Medicare members.
Your impact
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success, growth, and overall impact of our consumer-facing digital products.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial ideation and strategy to launch and iterative improvement.
- Champion a user-centric approach by gathering feedback and collaborating with design to ensure our platform is intuitive and accessible for seniors.
What you'll need
- At least four years of experience in product management, specifically with a track record of owning product stacks or core business objectives.
- Deep expertise in building customer-facing web portals or digital products, with a mindset geared toward experimentation and growth.
- Proven ability to launch and manage products through their full lifecycle to deliver measurable business value.
- Strong proficiency in agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- A natural collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of a startup.
- Fluency in English.

The base salary for this role is between $160,000 and $180,000 USD, plus significant equity option potential. Our benefits package includes:
