As a Senior Product Manager, you will join our fast-growing, full-time team in a hybrid capacity. You will have the autonomy to own a product roadmap, ship new features, and collaborate with our design and engineering teams to shape the future of EdTech.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategic product vision that aligns with our company goals while using data analysis and qualitative insights to drive long-term business objectives.
- Mentor and coach junior product managers, helping them refine their data-driven decision-making skills and establishing best practices across our product discovery and measurement frameworks.
- Manage the full product development lifecycle, from initial ideation to launch, while partnering with engineering and design to ensure every feature is grounded in measurable impact.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager who possesses a strong track record of using data to measure success. You should be comfortable navigating Agile environments and have a deep understanding of how to translate complex user needs into actionable product strategies. Key qualifications include:
- Proven expertise in using analytics tools and querying databases with SQL.
- Experience delivering both web and mobile products from concept to launch.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to leadership.
- A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to evidence-based decision-making.
