Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level role open to candidates located anywhere. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive our product strategy, manage our technical roadmap, and ensure we continue to deliver high-impact solutions to our customers.
Your impact
- You will own the product roadmap, working in lockstep with our engineering and design teams to ship features that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- You will translate complex customer needs into precise, actionable specifications that provide total clarity for our developers.
- You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial user research and feature prioritization to successful launches and post-launch performance analysis.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in product management within the technology sector.
- Exceptional writing skills and a sharp eye for detail when drafting product requirements.
- A deep understanding of how to integrate AI technology into communication platforms.
- A proven track record of taking products from initial feedback through to final delivery and analysis.
- Technical fluency, including the ability to discuss APIs, manage development trade-offs, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA or Asana, and familiarity with analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
- Professional fluency in English.
