Key outcomes
- Own and advance the product roadmap for Operations and Growth domains, translating energy market requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate daily with Engineering, Operations, and Growth teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver features using an MVP-first approach.
- Define integration requirements with PowerCloud and other vendors, ensuring seamless platform functionality across billing, tariff management, and related systems.
- Conduct user interviews, synthesize insights, and run A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels and overall user experience.
- Establish and monitor success metrics, iterate on product decisions based on data, and build scalable processes that support rapid company expansion.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within B2C technology companies that operate recurring revenue models such as subscriptions or tariffs.
- Native-level German for vendor communication and user research, paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong technical acumen, including the ability to read API documentation, work with SQL, and partner closely with engineering teams.
- Pragmatic, hands-on mindset comfortable with fast-paced startup environments and a “done is better than perfect” approach.
- Germany-based; candidates located in Berlin are especially welcome, though the role is fully remote.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in the energy sector, including utilities, tariffs, or pricing structures.
- Experience with SAP, CRM systems, or comparable enterprise software.
- Proven track record in growth optimization, funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Linear, JIRA, Amplitude, Notion, Postman, Figma, FigJam, Tableau, and automation platforms including Make, n8n, or Zapier.
- Previous growth experience in adjacent industries such as telecommunications, insurance, or mobile services.
